Curtice graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Political Science.

He has spent the last 30 years in the insurance industry while being a regular observer of the local and national political scene.

Curtice and his wife, Sharon, live in Phoenix, AZ, and have 2 sons. Curtice also coaches high school basketball in the area.
